Use this Skill when you need to go from a plain-language description of who to reach and what to offer, to a set of verified contacts with drafted outreach ready for review. It qualifies people against your criteria, finds and verifies work emails, and writes evidence-backed drafts so you can see exactly who is ready and who needs attention.

What it delivers

You get a reconciled ledger showing each sourced person's qualification result, verified email, and draft status, plus a reviewable outreach draft and supporting evidence for every ready contact. Nothing is sent or enrolled automatically; every person ends up either ready for review or clearly held with a reason.

Evidence and memory receipt

The row retains the actual person ID, source URLs, Radar score, email verification receipt, Alpha Copy evidence card and critique. Example batch: three terminal results, one ready, two held, zero sent. A real like/dislike affects a bounded preference bonus next time; evidence scores, email verdicts and copy requirements remain independent.
