Clean First Names For Greetings

Turn the raw first-name field on a lead row into the name a person would actually be greeted by, so an email can open with it. Strips honorifics, fixes SHOUTING and lowercase, removes possessive artifacts from business listings, keeps hyphenated and internally capitalised names intact, and withholds a value entirely rather than guessing. Use whenever someone asks: clean these first names, the greeting says Hi DR MATTHEW, strip the titles off the names, some rows have the whole name in the first-name column, normalize first names for the campaign, or why does my merge field look robotic. Do NOT use it to find a missing name — it never looks anything up, and a blank stays blank. Do NOT use it to clean company names, to decide whether a company is in your ICP, or to detect that a contact has left their job. It writes one column and sends nothing.

Clean Company Names For Copy

Turn the raw company-name string on a lead row into the short human form a person would say out loud, so it can be dropped into email copy. "318, Inc dba Hamiltons Bud and Bloom" becomes "Hamiltons Bud and Bloom". Starts from the free deterministic normalizer and only escalates to an AI column when a measured read of the installer's own list says the normalizer cannot fix what is wrong. Use whenever someone asks: clean these company names, strip the LLC and Inc, the company names look robotic, normalize company names for the campaign, or my merge field is printing a tagline. Do NOT use it to find a company FACT — funding, hiring, tech, pricing are separate skills. Do NOT use it to decide whether a company is real or in your ICP, to clean first names, or to fix a stale row. It writes one column and sends nothing.

Funding Signal Line

Produce a copy-ready sentence about a company's funding round, and the list filters that select companies which have ever raised or raised recently. Emits a COMPLETE sentence including the leading "Saw" and the trailing period, so a row with no evidenced round renders as nothing at all rather than as a broken line. Use whenever someone asks: raised a round, recently funded, companies that raised, build me a Series A list, VC backed, post-funding outreach, or who just raised. Do NOT use it for a "raised in the last 30 days" list — that path is documented and explicitly unsolved here. Do NOT use it to quote total funding, a valuation, investor names or a date, all of which are wrong often enough to be measured. It writes its own output columns and sends nothing.

Pricing Page Signal

Decide whether a company publishes public self-serve pricing, and extract its plan tiers, price points and the axis its tiers differ on. Produces a structured filtering record per domain; the copy-ready price clause is OFF by default and runs only when a campaign brief asks for it. Use whenever someone asks: do they have a pricing page, is their pricing public, filter out enterprise quote-only companies, what do they charge, find their plans, or split self-serve from sales-led. Do NOT use it to learn what a prospect actually pays after negotiation, to read private rate cards, marketplace listings or ecommerce SKU prices, or to decide whether a company is in your ICP. It writes its own output columns and sends nothing.

Specificity Rewrite

Write the one sentence that makes a generic offer feel written for this company rather than for five thousand people. Produces the tail of "I think we can help you ___" as a short lowercase clause anchored to something the company actually sells, and leaves it blank when the company does not fit. Use whenever someone asks: make it feel specific to them, write the specificity line, why would they think this is for them, or personalize the offer and not just the intro. Do NOT use it to write a whole email, to find a signal about the company — funding, hiring, tech and pricing are separate skills — or to promise anything the sender does not actually do. It writes its own output columns and sends nothing.

Campaign Angle Finder

Build the three-bullet "I had a few ideas for you" email, where the sender names what each bullet slot is about up front and the model only fills that slot with a detail true of this company. It never picks a subject, never adds a fourth bullet, and never proposes something the sender cannot build. Emits three bullets, the evidence quote behind each, and a rendered block. Use whenever someone asks: creative ideas campaign, three ideas email, I had a few ideas for you, 3 bullets, use cases for their business, or what could they build with us. Do NOT use it when one personalized sentence tops an otherwise fixed email, when the hook is an event, or when the sender cannot name three slots — that last case means this is the wrong play, not a gap to fill in. It writes its own output columns and sends nothing.

Job Posting Language Signal

Produce a copy-ready clause about a role a company is currently hiring for, selected by language the sender cares about — "cold call", "outbound prospecting", "Salesforce" — so the angle is "you're hiring for this and that is exactly what we do". Emits a freshness-gated clause that blanks when the only posting is stale, plus the evidence URL and posted date. Use whenever someone asks: they're hiring, who is hiring SDRs, companies hiring for X, find the hiring signal, what roles are they hiring for, or the job description mentions. Do NOT use it as a headcount or growth-rate signal, to build a market-wide list of every company hiring (that is a different endpoint and a different job), or as proof a role is still open — nothing here can know that. It writes its own output columns and sends nothing.
